Photographic prints are very fragile, especially in the larger sizes. We would ask that you handle them as little as possible until you have had them framed. Should you need to open your print for any reason then please be sure to have a clean surface large enough to accommodate the print.
Each print is individually signed and will include a certificate of authenticity. Once an edition has sold out then no further prints will be made at that size.
All sizes refer to the image size and not the overall paper size. The paper size will be approximately 1-2" larger all around. We would suggest that you do not purchase or have frames made until you have received your print and can be certain of the exact dimensions.
Each print is made specifically for each order. Please allow up to 14 days to receive your work if you live in the UK or Europe and 21 days if you live in any other part of the world. We ship to anywhere in the world using DHL, UPS, DPD & Parcel Force. As soon as we receive your order we will endeavour to dispatch your print as soon as possible. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched and will provide you with a tracking number so that you can keep track of your purchase.
Should your delivery address be outside of the UK then your purchase may be subject to import duties and local taxes. These costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery costs vary from country to country but all include insurance and tracking information. To determine the cost of carriage to your country please enter your address including postal code or zip and the correct amount will be determined at checkout, before you make your purchase.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase from Paul Murphy Editions. Should you not be happy in any way then you are free to return your print within 14 days for either a replacement, an alternative or for a refund. We will action a refund as soon as the work is received. In this instance the refund does not include postage. The only thing that we would ask is that you take great care of the print while it is in your possession and that you try to return it in perfect condition. Please handle the prints as little as possible.
In the unlikely event that your print arrives damaged then please provide a quick photo of the damage. We can then start the process of providing you with a replacement while we arrange collection of the original print .
For the moment all prints are sold unframed. If you intend to have your work framed we would suggest that you send it to your framer as soon as possible. Please try to handle your print as little as possible to avoid damage and dust.
